How do I obtain product samples from you?

We do not release samples unless there’s a promotion. But you always can visit our showroom and learn more about our products. Our team will be glad to help you if you have any concerns.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We accept orders from international customers and ship Internationally.

Where can I buy D’las products?

You can visit our showroom, order online through our website or reach our hotline number to place the order.

What payment types do you offer?

You can pay for your purchases with major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard or American Express regardless of whether you are a local or an international buyer. If you are an international customer, we will not accept debit cards, checks or money orders.

Are D’Las products suitable to use during pregnancy?

The ingredients we use to make our products are carefully sourced, and we only use the finest ingredients to ensure the safety of our customers. Furthermore, none of our products contain any chemicals, artificial fragrances, or petroleum-based products that are known cancer-causing substances. Unless otherwise stated on the packaging, our products are safe to use during pregnancy. However, if you have any concerns about using any D'Las product while pregnant, we recommend that you seek medical advice.

What assurance can you provide that your products are not tested on animals?

We strictly adhere to our standards, and none of our products or ingredients have ever been tested on animals. Furthermore, we work with suppliers who adhere to cruelty-free standards and other sourcing criteria.

Delivery Timeframes

To our local consumers, the delivery lead time would be 3-5 working days. For our international customers, the delivery lead time would be 10-14 working days.
